Good Questions

The things people ask before signing on. Open the answer that matches yours.

So what do you actually do?

We research, strategise, and design. Our work covers user research, UX strategy, website design, and internal documentation. Sometimes we're the entire design function, sometimes we work alongside an existing team. The common thread is that every decision we make traces back to a real human need or a clear business objective.

Do you only work with large organisations?

Not at all. We work with startups, scale-ups, and established organisations alike. What matters is that you're serious about understanding your users, not the size of your headcount or your budget.

How does a project actually work?

It starts with a proper discovery. We spend real time upfront understanding the problem because most projects go wrong when the brief is unclear. From there we move into research, synthesis, and design. You're involved throughout with no black box.

How long does a typical engagement take?

A focused UX audit can wrap in 2–3 weeks. A full research-to-design engagement typically runs 8–12 weeks. We'll give you a clear timeline after the discovery call, not a vague estimate.

What's your ideal project?

Something where the problem is real and the people care about getting it right. We're at our best when we're shaping the direction, not just executing a brief. If you want us in the room early and trust the process, we'll get along.
